These are the terms and conditions (TOS) pursuant to which Peak Internet (Peak, we, us, or our) agrees to provide certain products to you, and which govern the rights and responsibilities between Peak and the entity purchasing, or using, those products (Customer, you or your). By using, purchasing or accessing Peak’s products, you agree to be bound by this TOS.
