Billing Notification Changes

Pioneer Customers Only

As of February 1, 2014 your PEAK Internet bill will be combined with Pioneer Telephone. The change in billing allows you to pay your Internet bill online through the Pioneer Telephone’s current billing system at Also during this transition PEAK will be billing a prorated invoice for the January services to be paid to PEAK.

Another change you may notice will be the increase in your Pioneer Telephone bill which will now include the PEAK services. Pioneer billing is done on the first of the month, so if you have been billed previously on other dates please be aware that you will now be billed on the 1st and your payment is due by the 15th of the month. Please know that PEAK Internet is still available for any service or billing issues and that we are still your Internet Service Provider.
