Gary Held

Gary Held, PEAK Internet’s Support Center Manager, has been with PEAK since early 2004.  He has held most positions in the Support Center, starting as a part-time employee in dispatch, and moving through customer service, technical support and into management roles in recent years.  When not at work, Gary enjoys spending time with his wife, Amanda, and his family.  Raised in Corvallis, he attended college at the University of Oregon, and will root for either the Beavers or the Ducks, depending on his mood.

I have had service with Peak for over a decade. Their customer service is second to none. The last time I asked for help, two different people spent a significant part of their shift on the phone with me and a non-local service provider trying to fix a problem that had nothing to do directly with Peak.
