Engineers have removed blocked IP addresses and usernames from the RBL impacted mail delivery for the Zimbra Hosted Email platform.
Users should be able to send normally at this time.

Engineers have identified the sources for the erroneous updates to an internal RBL impacting mail delivery for the Zimbra Hosted Email platform and are working to remove all impacted IP addresses and users from the listing.
We will provide an additional update once the de-listing is complete.

We are investigating additional reports of users having issues sending mail through the webmail interface of the Zimbra Hosted Email system. We will provide additional information as available.

Working with engineers, a change to the internal RBL has been reverted that should remedy the issue some users were experiencing when attempting to send mail via webmail on the Zimbra Host Email platform.

We are investigating reports of users unable to send mail via webmail returning an error of message of “PBL Restriction: Blacklisted by Internal Reputation Service”
We have also seen a few reports of users unable to send mail via Outlook where the outbound message is not delivered and stays stored in the draft folder.
