Updates to our Regulatory Cost Recovery Fee

We want to keep you informed about an upcoming change to your bill. Beginning April 1, 2026, our Regulatory Cost Recovery Fee will increase from $1.95 to $3.95 per month.

This fee applies to internet connectivity services and helps offset the increasing costs associated with complying with federal, state, and municipal regulatory programs. These costs include franchise fees, FCC filings, processing fees, and other regulatory-related expenses.

Customers enrolled in PEAK’s Price for Life Guarantee will also see this change. While Price for Life locks in the base cost of your internet service, it does not include the Regulatory Cost Recovery Fee or optional services such as Advanced Voice or Total Home Premium Wi-Fi.
