Workmanship Warranty

All work is performed in a workmen like manner.

 

Warranty

All work is performed by qualified technicians and materials used are of the first quality. Guaranteed for a period of 90 days on parts and 30 days on labor. All changes must be in writing, and any changes may result in a new installation date and additional charges.

 

Damage

Should PEAK damage the property during installation of the equipment, its operation, and/or removal, PEAK will compensate you for reasonable, actual and documented costs of necessary repairs which shall not exceed $1,000. If you are not the owner of the property, you bear sole responsibility for any damages. Our liability shall only extend to you and shall be limited in this section, regardless of your relationship to the owner of the property.

 

Access

In some cases we, or third parties authorized by us, may need access to the physical location where you will connect to the Internet Product (“Property”). You warrant that you are the owner of , a tenant in, or lessee, of this location. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless, and other parties authorized by us, against all claims and expenses arising out of a breach of this section.
